Training and courses
The Casino Academy offers a comprehensive and coherent range of training workshops and courses for casino employees at different levels. The courses and workshops can be combined into a tailor-made training process.
We provide in-company training and offer open enrolments, both in Dutch and English.
Collaborations
An essential part of the Casino Academy is the legally required training on the prevention of gambling problems.
We are proud to collaborate with Ready for Change, a Rotterdam institution for addiction care. This enables us to promote current insights in addiction prevention and the treatment of gambling addiction, and ensure that they are incorporated into the courses.

General information on courses
Due to Covid-19, we also offer online Zoom courses. In these online courses, we also work with an experience expert and practice prevention interviews with a training actor.
Our courses are always tailor-made, refreshing, inspiring and applied to perfection by a team of highly experienced professionals. Our extensive experience in providing courses and training sessions in the casino industry has enabled us to create a very practice-oriented curriculum.
Our offer consists of individual courses, workshops, e-learning, blended learning, training sessions, training programmes, seminars and expert meetings.
The Casino Academy also provides coaching for your employees or team.

CRKBO registration
The Centrum voor Verantwoord Spelen is registered with the CRKBO (Centraal Register Kortdurend Beroepsonderwijs, the Dutch central register for short-term professional education). The institution register lists educational institutions that comply with the quality code for short-term vocational education institutions.

About the centre for playing games of chance responsibly
The mission of the centrum voor Verantwoord Spelen is delivering a structural and constructive contribution to a responsible, safe and attractive offer in games of chance in the Netherlands. Together with several stakeholders, among whom providers of games of chance, we have already been working for years to reach our goals.
